Canadian  whisky
Canadian whisky, noted for its fine, clean taste, is made
from a mixture of grains, corn, wheat, malted barley and rye. It is mostly made
in multi column, continuous operation patent stills and aged in charred oak
casks. It is somewhere between the rye and Bourbon to taste, being light in
body and flavour and slightly sweet. It is a good mixer and is used frequently
in cocktail recipe.
